Our team brings over 70 years of combined experience in design, planning, and regional development.

Ken Gordon is the quiet strength behind our practice. As the founder of the business, Ken laid the groundwork for the values we carry forward today: integrity, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to community. His influence can be seen not only in the projects that shaped our early years—including his pivotal role in helping establish the local cheese factory—but also in the culture of care and excellence that defines our team.

Though now retired from day-to-day operations, Ken remains an active and valued mentor. A source of wisdom, perspective, and continuity. His guidance continues to shape our decisions, and his presence is felt in the way we work, lead, and grow.

We are proud to carry forward the legacy Ken began, and grateful for his ongoing support as we build the next chapter of our story.

Jake is an emerging talent in the field of residential design, already acknowledged by the Built Form Design Academy for exceptional skill and innovation. In his studies, Jake was recently awarded excellence in commercial design, an impressive achievement that highlights both his creativity and technical ability.

Nurturing the Future  We believe in the power of early opportunity and fresh perspectives. Each year, we host at least one work experience student from local high schools, offering them a hands-on introduction to the world of residential design. We also provide part-time roles to local homeschooled youth, giving them meaningful workplace experience in a supportive and professional environment. These small but intentional efforts reflect our commitment to nurturing the next generation of designers and contributing to the growth of our local community.
